PipeFlo ("we", "our", "us") is a content pipeline platform operated by Brody Fausett. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and password when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from your Google profile.
We collect content you upload to the platform (documents, audio, video) for processing through your pipeline. This content is stored securely and used solely to provide our services to you.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve PipeFlo's services, authenticate your identity, process your content through AI pipelines, and communicate with you about your account.
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Render and PostgreSQL databases. Content embeddings are stored using pgvector within the same PostgreSQL database. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest where applicable.
We use the following third-party services to operate PipeFlo: OpenAI (content processing), Deepgram (audio transcription), Stripe (payment processing), and Google (authentication). Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data or withdraw consent for processing at any time.
