By accessing or using PipeFlo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PipeFlo is a content pipeline platform that allows users to ingest, process, and organize content using AI-powered tools including transcription, embedding, and retrieval.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to upload or process illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems, or use the Service in any way that could harm other users or the platform.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to PipeFlo. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
PipeFlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
